A Pittsburg man is convicted in Crawford County Court.
50-year-old Damien Yarbrough has been convicted of rape and aggravated criminal sodomy. On August 23, 2025, the Pittsburg Police Department was dispatched to the Best Value Inn for a report of a sexual assault. It was reported that the defendant forced the juvenile victim into his motel room and sexually assaulted her.
Yarbrough is being held without bond in the Crawford County Jail. He will be sentenced on July 20th.
