Communities across Southeast Kansas are gearing up for a busy Saturday as Memorial Day weekend celebrations continue.

 

In Parsons, the annual Katy Days Festival takes over Forest Park with a full day of events. Activities include vendors, food, live music and family-friendly entertainment. In Caney, Mayfest continues with a full lineup of community events, food and entertainment throughout the day.
