Sheriff's Deputies in the western Kansas county of Hodgeman chase down escaped cattle after a semi truck overturns on a rural road.

 

The cattle-hauling semi overturned on 214 Road just north of K-156, or about 25 miles north of Dodge City. Several of the cattle managed to escape from the truck and fled into the nearby fields. Deputies searched in a three-mile radius from the accident.

 

Deputies advised that non-local traffic needs to follow road construction signs and stay off county roads.
