The City of Coffeyville unveils its new power outage communication system

The new text messaging system will help streamline how outages are reported to the City and improve transparency by keeping residents informed in real time during outages. Residents will be notified of outages by a message sent to the primary phone number listed on their utility bill account. Customers are asked to ensure their contact information is up to date, and to be advised that they can add a secondary number to receive alerts as well.
