Bartlesville Pair Charged with Grand Larceny

Two Bartlesville residents are facing felony charges after allegedly attempting to steal tire rims.

47-year-old Jason Hall was charged on Wednesday with grand larceny, possession of a firearm after former felony conviction and a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. 44-year-old Tammy Notley was charged on Monday with grand larceny, knowingly concealing stolen property, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and transporting an opened container of marijuana.

The charges stem from an April 25 incident in which Bartlesville Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at a Bartlesville car dealership. Officers observed nine tire rims in the back of a white truck, valued at nearly $5,000.

During a search of the vehicle, authorities also discovered weapons and drug paraphernalia. Hall will appear in court again tomorrow. His bond is set at $20,000. Notley will appear in court again on May 15 after posting a $15,000 bond.
