As the weather warms up more people are getting outside to enjoy it.

Coffeyville Police Chief Kwin Bromley says drivers should use extra caution during this time of the year.  Springtime can also see an increase in criminal activity. Chief Bromley says criminals are generally looking for something that is quick and easy.

Bromley says most of these incidents are preventable, and a few small habits and changes in routine can make a big difference.
