USD 446 announces a new assistant principal for Independence High School.

The district has announced that Brenda White has been chosen to assume those duties for the coming school year. White's selection is pending approval by the Board of Education. She has worked as librarian and staff member at both IMS and IHS and is also the assistant volleyball coach at the high school. White has previously been recognized as Teacher of the Month.
