The railroad crossing at County Road 3960 or South 2^nd Street at the city limits has been washed out due to the storm and is currently a hazard. The appropriate railroad agency has been notified of this and they are working on getting technicians out to deal with the situation. Drivers are urged to use an alternate route until the crossing can be repaired.
