Another meeting of the Johnson-O'Malley Parent Committee and the Title VI Indian Education Parent Committee is coming up.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday, April 15th in the Field Kindley High School Library. The J-O-M meeting will take place at 6 p.m., followed by the Title VI parent meeting at 6:30.
The mission of Indian Education is to support the efforts of local educational agencies, Indian tribes and organizations and other entities to meet the unique education and culturally-related academic needs of American Indians. Program Director Erin Lee says one of the most important components of both programs is parental involvement.
