It’s springtime and that means love and romance on the minds of many … including dogs and cats.

 

Danny Thompson with Coffeyville Friends of Animals reminds residents that ensuring your animals are spayed and neutered helps control the unwanted pet population.

 

C-F-A kennels are full due to the large numbers of stray dogs and cats on Coffeyville Streets. Thompson says that C-F-A and the City of Coffeyville are still offering the reduced-price procedures at the shelter.

 

Coffeyville Friends of Animals is located just south of the City at 49-55 County Road 1400.
