Residents of Independence still have time to take part in the online Citizen Satisfaction Survey.
City officials are preparing to update the Community-Based Strategic Plan and want to know how residents currently view the City, what priorities should be a focus for City leaders, and how the City can improve service and satisfaction. Feedback from the survey will be used in shaping the City’s 5- to 10-year strategic priorities for projects, services, and community development.
There is still time left for those who want to make their voices heard. The Citizen Satisfaction Survey will be available online until tomorrow. All responses are anonymous and confidential, and residents are encouraged to provide honest and candid feedback.
