Kansas State Junior Sheep Producer day is set for April 11th.
K-State Extension Assistant and Youth Livestock Program Coordinator Lexie Hayes says this is a one day educational opportunity for youth and their families to come and learn about their sheep project. Hayes says there are a couple of other special events that are affiliated with Junior Sheep Producer day.
Hays says the cost for the Junior Sheep Producer day is $20 per person if registration is submitted by today. All attendees, including youth and adults, must register. Only those who register by the deadline will receive a tshirt. More information and the link to register is available here.
