The Caney City Council will meet tonight with several items of business up for consideration.
On the agenda for tonight's meeting is a discussion of a city ordinance affecting Industrial Water Rates and the water protection fee. Council members will also go over the worker's Compensation providers for the April 1st renewal. Also on tonight's agenda is the acceptance of Sarah Hewitt as the easement attorney for the Coffeyville Water Line project and the acceptance of the resignation of a member of the Planning and Zoning Board.
There will also be an executive session to discuss personnel matters. Following tonight's meeting, there will also be a workshop to discuss the keeping of livestock within the city limits.
Tonight's Caney City Council meeting begins at 6:30 at City Hall. The public is invited to attend.
