There will be a free suicide prevention course offered tomorrow night in LaHarpe.

The Question, Persuade, Refer Suicide Awareness and Prevention Gatekeeper Certification Training happens tomorrow night at the VFW Post in LaHarpe. The course is available to service members, veterans, and their families. The QPR mission is to save lives and reduce self-harm behaviors through prevention training. Attendees will learn to recognize warning signs, learn how to offer hope, and discover ways to access local and national referral resources.

Tomorrow’s session runs from 6:30 to 8pm at the LaHarpe VFW Willis Ross Post #6324, located at 306 South Harrison Avenue. For registration information, email patrick@thriveallencounty.org
