A wide variety of topics are on the agenda the upcoming Cherryvale City Council meeting.

New business on tonight's meeting includes a discussion on stray dogs in the city, approval of an individual to represent the city for an Independence Community College hiring committee, approval of the Wreaths Across America Event, discussion on a grant application and discussion on expanding and updating the neighborhood revitalization area. The bidding process will also be opened for hay bids for city properties.

Tonight's meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Cherryvale City Hall and is open to the public.
