The City of Neodesha will be seeing some changes to the curb areas along Main Street.
The City Commission recently agreed to a program from the Kansas Department of Transportation to install curb extensions along Main Street at the intersections with 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 10th, and 11th Streets. Commissioner Ed Truelove says residents may wonder exactly what a curb extension is.
City Manager Brogan Jones says the extensions will be just the basics.
The project to install the extensions will like ly begin in 2027 or 2028
