Two southeast Kansas men face felony charges of stealing in connection to a stolen goose-neck trailer in southwest Missouri.

Jasper County Sheriff's deputies and officers from the Oronogo Police Department arrested 42-year-old Ryan Payne of Frontenac and 34-year-old Raymond Weaver of Arcadia after the pair were pulled over while hauling the stolen trailer in Barton County, Missouri, yesterday morning. Both men were taken to the Jasper County Detention Center in Carthage where they await formal charging in the case.
