The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics seizes more than 40,000 marijuana plants in a raid on an alleged illegal grow operation in Ottawa County.
On Friday, O-B-N Marijuana Enforcement Teams served two search warrants at locations near Miami as part of an ongoing investigation. As part of the investigation, agents are also looking into allegations of a fraudulent straw ownership scheme.
During the service of the warrants, O-B-N agents seized more than 40,000 marijuana plants along with nearly 700 pounds of process product. Three people were also arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. As the investigation continues, more arrests are expected.
