The City of Parsons will soon have some new homes available.

 

At this week's City Commission meeting, City Manager Jeff Cantrell announced a future construction project of 3-D printed homes. Cantrell says the building project will complement the city's efforts to remove dilapidated structures to make room for new construction.

 

Cantrell says the builder who originally agreed to the project is interested in expanding the scope.

 

In other business, commissioners approved the disbursement of $7,500 from the D. V. Reed Fund for Wesley United Methodist Church to help fund their Grab & Go Food Ministry.
