A Texas man is seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident near Fort Scott on Valentine’s Day.

 

23-year-old John Moleski of Carrollton, Texas, sustained serious injuries on Saturday afternoon after a collision with another vehicle on Indian Road just south of Fort Scott. Moleski was traveling eastbound when he slowed and pulled to the edge of the driving lane. At that time, a 2004 F-250 driven by 73-year-old Carl Page of Fort Scott attempted to pass. Moleski’s vehicle then turned abruptly into the F-250 for an unknown reason.

 

Two passengers in Moleski’s vehicle received minor injuries. All three were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment. No one in the F-250 was injured.
