The City of Independence reminds residents that there is an easy way to contact the City online for those in need of services or with concerns.
City staff can be alerted to non-emergency requests using See-Click-Fix via the City’s website or using the See-Click-Fix app. A wide variety of issues can be addressed using this function, from missed trash pickups and poly cart damage, to reporting potholes in need of repair to animal control and general code enforcement inquiries.
The service can be accessed through the City website at independenceks.gov and selecting “Fix It,” or by downloading the app. Requests can also be made by calling 332-2507.
