The Wilson County Commission discusses a list of bridges in need of repair.
At the most recent commission meeting, Road and Bridge Supervisor Kary Tatum presented a list of county bridges that were eligible for funding through the Kansas Department of Transportation. Commissioners chose three bridges from the list to be submitted for grant funding for the projects. The list will need to be submitted to KDOT by February 20th.
In other business, County Coordinator Kris Marple gave a legislative update and also presented three applications for the Neighborhood Revitalization Plan. All three plans were approved.
The Wilson County Commission meets every Monday at 9am in the Commission Room at the courthouse in Fredonia.
