The Sedan City Council will meet tonight and discuss a Memo of Understanding with the Chautauqua County Fair Board.

 

The issue arose at recent council meetings over the possible lease of a fairgrounds building to a local business. Members of the Fair Board attended the last meeting to voice their frustration at being left out of that process. A committee may be formed at tonight's meeting to address such issues going forward.

 

Also on tonight's agenda the contract with Sedan's water supplier Public Wholesale Water Supply district #20, discussion of a possible grant for sewer work, and an update on the roof repair project for City Hall.

 

Tonight's meeting begins at 5:30 at the Sedan City Hall and is open to the public.
