Snowfall is wrapping up for the four-state area, with some reports in of at least 6 inches of snow in the Coffeyville area.
According to the Kansas Department of Transportation, most major roadways in southeast Kansas are completely covered with snow. Roads in the rest of the four-state area remain in similar shape.
Officials urge residents to stay home if travel is not necessary while crews work to clear streets. The winter storm warning for Montgomery County has now been canceled, but a cold weather advisory remains in place through Monday morning, with wind chills expected to be around -13 on Monday morning.
