The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks invites Kansans to celebrate America's 250th birthday by taking part in the Kansas Outdoor Recreation Challenge.
The challenge asks participants to log 10 outdoor activities between now and July 4th. Completing the challenge will earn participants a certificate of completion for the K-D-W-P while enjoying fun outdoor activities across the state and making great memories in the process.
Possible activities include hiking a trail at a state park, visiting a Kansas historical site, camping under the stars, or many more.
