A father and son from northeast Oklahoma are dead following a Saturday night accident near Owasso.
Owasso Police and EMS responded to the scene of the single-vehicle accident around 11pm Saturday night on US-169. A pickup truck was found off the road on its side after apparently rolling multiple times. 43-year-old Terry Hindman of Nowata and his son 18-year-old Jaxon Hindman of Copan were both ejected from the vehicle during the crash. Both men were taken to Tulsa hospitals where they later died from their injuries.
Witnesses to the crash say the vehicle was driving erratically and swerving on the road before the accident.
The investigation into the cause of the crash remains ongoing.
