The latest statistics from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration show that 46% of car seats currently being used are being used incorrectly. As of today, there are four car seat models manufactured in the last two years that are facing recall notices.

 That's why the Caney Police Department is offering free car seat safety checks tomorrow night.

 Caney Police Chief Ike Dye says the check is being done for many reasons.
