The City of Cherryvale is addressing resident questions and concern regarding the new city bill paying website.

 

The new customer portal was recently launched by the City and has experienced a few bumps in the road since its launch earlier this month. City officials advise that anyone who has already signed up for A-C-H for payments do not need to submit any changes in order to continue that service. Signing up for the new portal will allow the addition of water bill via email or text.

 

Those who sign up for the new portal will also continue to receive paper bills in the mail unless you specifically request to go paperless. There is also a slight fee to use the new portal similar to using P-S-N or the credit card machine in City Hall. Those wanting to use the new service can register at  www.cherryvaleusa.com.
