The Kansas Department of Transportation is starting a concrete repair project north of Cherryvale.

The project affects US-400 starting at the US-169 on-ramp and continue west for about a half miles. During repairs, US-400 will be reduced to one lane of traffic. Traffic in the area will be guided through the work zone with a traffic signal. Motorists should add extra time to their travel schedules and can expect delays of up to five minutes.

The project is expected to be completed in four weeks, weather permitting.
