A Dewey woman faces a felony charge after allegedly stealing merchandise from the Bartlesville Walmart.
19-year-old Hannah Everly was charged with larceny of merchandise from a retailer. According to the Bartlesville Police Department, Everly stole over $1,000 worth of merchandise at the Bartlesville Walmart with another individual, identified as Jimmy Wayne Eutsler.
According to BPD, Everly admitted to stealing the items. She was convicted in October with second-degree burglary, a felony. Everly will appear in court again on January 23rd at 9:00am and er bond is set at $5,000.
