An 18-year-old Frontenac woman is injured in a two-vehicle accident in Crawford County.

The accident occurred Monday afternoon around 3:40 as 18-year-old Chloe Crockett was traveling northbound on US-69 near the intersection with K-47, about 5 miles north of Frontenac. Crockett was driving a 2007 Volkswagon G-T-I and failed to stop at a signal light and collided with a 2016 Subaru Legacy driven by 61-year-old Mary Jones of Mulberry. Crockett suffered minor injuries and was taken to the Girard Medical Center. Jones was uninjured.
