The City of Fort Scott is offering a unique promotion to boost out-of-state tourism to the Bourbon County City.

 

Visit Fort Scott is offering an overnight weekend getaway in the month of February. The prize will include an overnight stay at a Fort Scott hotel, food and shopping vouchers, and access to the Fort Scott National Historic Site and other local attractions.

 

Fort Scott was founded in 1842 and boasts a rich history related to the Civil War as well as a outdoor activities and agri-tourism. The giveaway is open to non-Kansans.
