Police in Coweta, Oklahoma, arrest a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run collision.

 

The accident occurred on Thursday morning when a jogger was struck and killed by a vehicle on the east side of the city. A vehicle was found abandoned a few miles from the scene. Based on evidence discovered, 28-year-old Eric Rosales was taken into custody. Rosales has been booked into the Wagoner County Jail on multiple charges including second degree murder, DUI, and leaving the scene of an accident with a fatality.

 

The victim in the case has been identified as 31-year-old Noel Brandon of Coweta.
