The Cherryvale City Council plans to address issues related to the last election at its upcoming meeting.
On Monday's agenda are several items related to the first meeting of the year, including items to address Council Member Norman Johnson inadvertently winning two different ward seats. City Attorney Seth Jones will present a plan on how the situation will be dealt with.
The Council is also expected to adopt the new comprehensive plan for the city, discuss a minor city hall renovation and open the bid process for mowing at Fairview Cemetery.
Monday's meeting starts at 6 p.m. in Cherryvale and is open to the public.
