Two people are arrested oin multiple charges following the service of a search warrant in Allen County.

 

Allen County Sheriff’s deputies served a search warrant Tuesday at 1120 Arizona Road, approximately four miles southwest of Humboldt. During the execution of the search warrant, alleged drug items were discovered. That discovery led to a second search warrant being obtained and the arrest of two brothers.

 

29-year-old Daniel K. Berthot was taken into custody and faces charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 30-year-old Andrew S. Berthot was also arrested on multiple charges including Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Aggravated Internet Trading in Child Pornography, Promoting Obscenity, and Breach of Privacy.

 

Both men were taken to the Allen County Jail in Iola where they await official charging from the County Attorney’s Office.
