Residents of Pleasanton turn out for a parade in memory of a slain 13-year-old boy.
The streets of Pleasanton were lined with residents and the streets were full of vehicles Tuesday evening in memory of 13-year-old Airen Andula. The boy was said to love cars and had a large collection on Hot Wheels.
Andula was found deceased in Bates County, Missouri, last week after he went missing on December 22. A Pleasanton man Damon Leonard has been arrested in Missouri in connection to the case. He has been charged with abandonment of a corpse, desecration, interference with law enforcement, and having a vicious dog at large. He currently awaits extrdition to Kansas.
The case is under investigation by the Kansas City Kansas Police Department.
