Local fire departments respond to a house fire last night.

 

Just before 9 p.m., the Coffeyville Fire Department was dispatched to the 100 block of South Walnut to a report of an active two-story structure fire.

 

Upon arrival, units found a home fully engulfed in flames. The home was unoccupied at the time. The fire was eventually contained and units were able to clear the scene after 11 p.m. There were no injuries as a result of the fire. Units from Coffeyville Resources, Dearing, Tyro, Liberty and South Coffeyville also assisted on the scene.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.
