The Nowata School Board votes unanimously to dismiss head football coach Chance Juby.
The move came at Monday's special meeting that was convened to confront the issue. School Board Clerk Tamara Maddux makes the motion for dismissal.
Juby was arrested in November and formally charged in Rogers County District Court on November 26 with the felony charge of engaging in prosititution within 1,000 feet of a school. Juby has served as the head coach of Nowata football from 2022-2025.
Juby will appear in court to face charges on January 26th.
