Santa looks to have clear skies and warm temperatures as he delivers gifts to most the United States.

USDA Meteorologist Brad Rippey says despite the stormy start to the month weather wise looks look to clear up for Christmas Eve.  Rippey says for some of the northern states Santa might have to call in some backup.
