K-State Nutrition, Food Safety and Health Extension Agent Chelsea King says for those turning to caffeine for the pick me up should limit how much they consume in a day.  King says there other things people can turn to besides caffeine to help them feel more energized.

 

As the year winds down, focusing on healthy routines may help keep energy levels steady.
