The Caney City Council will meet tonight with a light agenda before the holidays.
Tonight, council members will receive and approve the results of the Caney Fire Department elections held on December 1st. Also up for consideration will be the composition of the Zoning and Planning Board and a discussion of the holiday schedule for 2026. Approval is also expected for cereal malt beverage licenses for several local vendors and for the City’s credit card processing contract.
Tonight’s meeting begins at 6:30 on the east end of the building at 100 West 4th. The meeting is open to the public.
