Coffeyville police officers and firefighters once again brave the winter weather to take donations for local kids in need.

For the second week in a row, C-P-D and Coffeyville Fire were out taking donations to help Coffeyville children this holiday season. Officers and firefighters were at Wal-Mart on Saturday for their 10th annual Fill-A-Cruiser/Fill-A-Firetruck events. Shoppers stepped up to help out by donating warm clothing for kids and teens, personal hygiene product, and even food and toys to help make the holidays better for area kids.

A big thank you to all who donated and to our local first responders for all their effort in making Christmas wishes come true for local families.
