The Neodesha City Commission will meet today and discuss several proposed ordinances.

 

The first up for consideration in the 2025 Standard Traffic Ordinance. The City Commission routinely reviews and updates its traffic regulations by incorporating the latest edition of the Standard Traffic Ordinance published by the Kansas League of Municipalities. This allows the City to maintain a comprehensive and standardized set of traffic laws. Similar consideration will be given to the Uniform Public Offense Code Ordinance. Commissioners will also discuss the ECA Calculation procedure to adjust monthly utility billing based on fluctuations in the cost of wholesale power.

 

Also on today's agenda is the interlocal agreement with Labette Health and a possible policy regarding social media use.

 

Today's meeting begins at 4pm in the Commission Room at the City Hall in Neodesha. The meeting is open to the public.
