The Nowata County Commission approves an agreement with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.

 

At this week's meeting, commissioners approved a $1.8 million supplemental and modification agreement for County Road NS 413 over Hickory Creek about 3 miles north of Lenepah. Commissioner Troy Friddle says the agreement is the result of a collaborative effort.

 

In other business, the board tabled discussion of a road use agreement and an agreement with Natural Resources Conversation Service.

 

The Nowata County Commission meets every Monday at 9am at the Nowata County Annex.
