Coffeyville Police Officers and Firefighters collect donations for area kids in need.

The local first responders were out on Saturday at the Coffeyville Dollar General location for the 10th Annual Fill-A-Cruiser/Fill-A-Firetruck event. Officers and firefighters were collecting donations of basic household items, warm clothes and blankets, and clothing for those less fortunate this holiday season. Coffeyville residents stepped up to help and make a big difference in the lives of their neighbors. C-P-D and Coffeyville Fire will also be out this coming Saturday at the Coffeyville Wal-Mart from 10 to 5 to collect more items and raise funds for local kids in need.
