Labette County is encouraging residents to sign up for a new alerting platform after the previous one was compromised.

 

According to Labette County Emergency Management, the CodeRed alerting platform used by the County to send emergency alerts was recently compromised and has been discontinued. They have now fully transitioned to the OnSolve Crisis24 emergency alerting system.

 

Most existing subscriber data was safely transferred, including all registrations through March 2025.
