The Independence Community College Board of Trustees will meet tonight as members prepare to accept the resignation of both a member of the school administration and a board trustee.
On tonight's agenda is the expected acceptance of the early retirement of Vice President for Hunman Resources Lori Boots. Trustees are also expected to accept the resignation of Trustee Jeri Hammerschmidt. Hammerschmidt was up for re-election this November and did not receive enough votes to retain her seat. Her resignation will go into effect November 18, 2025.
Tonight's meeting begins at 5:30 in the Fab Lab building on the ICC main campus. The meeting is open to the public.
