The City of Coffeyville has a new online web portal to make applying for licenses and reporting concerns easier.

The Portal is through web application GovWell, a site with the aim of helping local governments to provide better service to their citizens. The new portal will allow Coffeyville residents to take care of several types of tasks from their phone or computer. Through GovWell, you will be able to apply for new contractor licenses or renew existing ones, apply for building permits, and report code enforcement concerns.
