The City of Neodesha will be holding a roundtable meeting for the owners of rental properties in the City.
The Rental Property Roundtable will be held next Tuesday, November 18th, at 7pm in the Commission Room at City Hall. Topics of discussion at the meeting will include rental registration, operator registration, and standards for rental properties. There will also be a discussion of the formation of a Neodesha Landlord Alliance. Long-term, residential rentals will be the main focus of the meeting, but commercial rental owners and short-term rental owners are also invited to attend.
The City asks for those who wish to attend to RSVP to Neodesha Building Inspector Tommy John. If more people plan to attend than will fit in the commission room, the meeting may be moved to the Civic Center.
