There is good news for those who use Highways 75 or 166 just north of Caney.

 

 The Cheyenne Creek bridge project, started in October 2024, is now open to two-way traffic.

 

 KDOT says striping was completed yesterday, and both sections were reopened to traffic.

 

 The bridge was replaced one half at a time at a cost of $3.8 million.
